Using this website
The information here is provided in good faith to help you understand your options. Water treatment depends heavily on your specific water, home, and plumbing, so nothing on this site is a guarantee of what any particular system will do in your house. The consultation is where we work that out.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are given after a consultation and are specific to your home. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If we discover something during installation that changes the scope, we stop and discuss it with you before continuing — you will not receive a bill for work you did not agree to.
Scheduling and cancellation
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule. We will do the same for you.
Workmanship and equipment
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we will identify before you buy. Our installation work is covered separately. Warranty terms are provided in writing with your quote rather than promised here in general terms.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your water and plumbing
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Carry out the routine maintenance we explain, since equipment neglected for years may not perform as intended
